| 13) What is Bluetooth
wireless connectivity in hybrids?
Bluetooth®
is a wireless standard for connecting portable devices such as mobile
telephones. Bluetooth allows customers to pair their compatible
phone with the available navigation system in select hybrid models
especially in Toyota models.
After registering
your Bluetooth-enabled cellular phone using the multi-information
display, hands-free calling becomes automatically available. A maximum
of four cellular phones with built-in Bluetooth® can be registered.
Through the touch-screen panel and/or steering wheel controls you
can make and receive calls.
